Jr. Sales Engineer

The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company’s business relationships. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its services compiled with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generating business from existing customers and developing new customer/area mapping.

• Generate lead, analyze, identify, and understand the clients requirements.

• Develop a prospect list for sales opportunities.

• Maintain an active funnel to satisfy sales targets.

• Undertake daily sales calls in assigned accounts/ territories/industries.

• Qualify, follow up, and close opportunities for assigned accounts or territories.

• Prepare techno-commercial offers, follow-ups with customers, and crack deals.

• Achieve sales & revenue targets.

• Monitor competitor’s activities.

• Daily reporting to sales manager.

• Customer support & service, total customer satisfaction.

• In-depth INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION market knowledge.

• Offering solutions/products in line with the application. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, SERVO MOTORS DRIVES, and CONTROL PANEL.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

Education – Diploma / BE / BTech – (Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics).

• Working Experience in Industrial Field.

• People living in Hyderabad are preferred and Knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.

• Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, lead qualifying, negotiating, Prospecting & New Customer Development.

• Good Communication/Analytical/Go-Getter Attitude.

• Willing to travel extensively.

• Experience in B2B sales in industrial automation field is mandatory.

•  Must have own vehicle with valid driving license
